"Pros: Family Friendly, but quiet at night and pools were amazing for all the kiddies. Not too crowded either. The cabanas were very helpful, however they are getting a bit old and worn. We use them several times. Cons: Not enough food options, Duke's is really more of a bar for adults and the food is not what w3 expected and very expensive, even though it is on the beach. Very limited restaurants close by our actual hotel, and did not have their own bar or restaurant in the hotel. Nearby store was limite for food options. I think they really need to upgrade food availablilty. When they had a recent tsunami warning, they shut down the FEW food places. They should have better emergency plans for their guests as they need food. "

"It was a very simple property with amazingly beautiful views, and we were right next to turtle Cove. Every morning we got up and went swimming with the turtles at the property next to this one. The beach was wonderful and very easy to access. It was great watching the sun rise and sit on the rocks Behind the property. There was some construction in the parking lot while we were there but we were able to park with no problem- for free. The rental shop was awesome. We were able to get all of our snorkeling gear for the week plus some delicious shaved ice. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a clean, spacious king bed room right off the interior courtyard. Reserving a ground level room really enhanced our access to the pool and beach and our overall experience. Daily room cleaning was a little inconsistent and is really needed given the amount of towels we used and sand we brought in each day from outdoor activities. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and although the space was not exceptional, it was very clean, convenient, and satisfactory."
