"We pulled up and were a bit underwhelmed, the exterior looked worn down. Once we got inside and into the courtyard it was great. Clean, updated rooms, comfortable bed although the sheets were a bit stiff. The staff was helpful and kind and passed out cool lavender infused towels to wipe off our sweaty faces. We used the water refill station a lot! Good pool and view of the ocean."

"The seating at the pool is a huge problem. They do not have enough seats and will remove your items if you do not go back to your seat once every hour. One employee actually admitted to throwing our items away, instead of holding them as they’re supposed too. This is hard considering there are many different pools and the expansive size of the pool and beach area. You have to wait in a long line for pool towels. My room did not get cleaned the first day so I reached out and it was then clean...

"The room and Housekeeping were outstanding. Serviced each day. The pool area and food service was also excellent except for the lack of nearby elevators to lower level. There was a fair amount of lounge chair saving. Dajengo upscale restaurant had exceptional food and service. The Swan Court buffet was very good. The Sonnz steak house left a lot to be desired.
