"Had a serious bug infestation, could smell they had sprayed Raid before our arrival. Had to place a wet towel on the door to keep the bugs from coming in. Everything else was just fine."

"Relaxing outdoors in the shaded, cushioned chairs (shaped like coconuts!) was a highlight! I hung out in the ocean breeze, reading and listening to the sounds of the ocean for a while:) it was fantastic!"

I booked a stay through Expedia, and the property was materially misrepresented. The listing clearly advertised laundry amenities including a washing machine and laundry facilities. However, the property confirmed in writing that there is no in-unit laundry. Also, the spa they refer to is a hot tub. There is no spa that offers massages. The listed amenities were part of our booking decision. We left two days early and went to another...

"Room photos on expedia are of their newly updated rooms, which we apparently did not get. The property itself is alright and close to the airport. However, the room was very outdated and just not very nice. "

"We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing.
Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the attention to detail.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was nice property needs some updates a bit , it had a must smell like a wet smell throughout hallways and rooms didn’t like that made it feel heavy just by the smell other then that the stay was ok food was fair loved my ocean view room. A lot of excursions was cancelled because of flood/rains including the one at Royal Lahana "
