Hotel dekat Mausoleum Yongling

"Exceptional service from beginning to end. The staff knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. They all went out of there way to make sure our stay in Chengdu would be a memorable one"

"Everything was great!"

"Hotel amenities were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, however their English language skills were poor. But they did Everton their power to solve our issues and answer our questions. I recommend this hotel to all"

"服務人員親切！"

"The receptionists could be more proactive in communicating with guests."

"Excellent stay. From the very beginning, the concierge was welcoming and opened the door from our Didi taxi and lugged our bags towards the elevator. Our room was ready early and in great condition. Room amenities were top notch. All the staff was able to speak a little English and was patient with using a translator mobile app. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and variety and tasted great. The location was pristine as it was near the metro and an underground mini-mall with food...

"We had a good experience at Ritz-Carlton Chengdu - the facility was in excellent condition with luxurious touches throughout. The breakfast was superb with great selections and excellent quality. It was also in a great location. What fell short slightly was on the soft side - service was solid but too formalistic and lacked personal touch and flexibility. Our luggages were delivered to our room after about 30 minutes and only after we asked for them. When they were delivered, 3 pieces were...

"Wonderful oasis in the heart of the city. Minutes from subway. Close to many food options. Great breakfast and attentive staff!"

"Lovely traditional hotel in a Chinese street that looked amazing day and lit up at night, a lovely restaurant that shut at 9pm so waa a bit isolated to get food after 9pm, but lady on reception helped me get a food delivery, it waa clean, and not too far from local attractions using DiDi"

"The hotel building is like a maze.... rather confusing to firstly get to the assigned room. (In an emergency situation, there is no clear evacuation signage!). Bathroom setup is weird - handbasin is separated and located outside the shower and toilet."

"Excellent location with all necesary shops, rea houses, and restaurants around and access to great sites for visitors. Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. Note if you take a taxi to the hotel, the driver can not send you directly to the hotel, but a easy walk towards front gate. Great stay, and we will surely be back for our next trip."

"Kamar besar dan bersih, layanan butler bagus"

"Best commodities."

"The hotel is good, the rooms are nice, comfortable, big, the breakfast is delicious, the staff are all nice, the service is very good. Everything was perfect, I will continue to stay at Holiday Inn Exp in the future. Thank you to all the staff who have been friendly and helped us. "

"ótima localização, ao lado da tianfu square. equipe super atenciosa! talvez o único problema seja o elevador de acesso, que às vezes está lotado, mas de resto tudo foi maravilhoso"
