"The hotels location is perfect and is I feel safe staying alone at this location. This was my second time staying here but when we were packing up to leave I noticed someone else's door key underneath the sink area and there was a used eye contact behind the bed, and trash behind the dresser. I mentioned this to the front desk and was told management would be notified."

"Check in was quick and easy. Person at check in was super nice. Properly itself is another thing. Seems people reside here long term. My neighbor in 105 have a dog and child. The 1st night the dog bark well into the night close to midnight wakes up barking around 7-8am. You can hear child cry or scream a few times. The rooms are non smoking but they smoke outside and I believe in the room that seeped into my room at times. The room was overall clean. Tub was slippery at first. There is tile missing from bottom of tub to floor. Gap and rust. There were thin towels. No Mat provides to step out of shower. No amenities. No soap, hair products or anything. Then I was there 4 nights and no room service or fresh towels. The room was overall clean. There was a kitchen nothing provided for the kitchen though. WiFi was somewhat acceptable. Tried working from room but wifi needed to be logged in about every 15 minutes. The property outside room was not very clean. Again my neighbors who seemed to be long term occupants would leave trash outside the door. Multiple dogs and there was poop on ground. It was a place to sleep. Tv options were great and plenty of hot water. Probably won’t stay again. My daughter had a 2 room suite and enjoyed it previously and from that I chose to stay here. She visited my room and stated her experience was not like this."

"Staff was difficult time find at the front desk when checking in. Waited for 15 minutes with two other groups. I had to search and knock on doors and finally found someone in the laundry room. Similarly hard to find front desk one evening while three groups waited. Pool was filthy, bird poop all over the patio, and near windows. Food spills, unkept areas with spill stains that needed to be mopped where small attention to details would change it. Elevator floor was stained with spills bottoms and door handles were sticky. Breakfast was typical but first day was not replenished but was corrected day two. We paid a lot more for this hotel for the brand and review but was disappointed in the service and cleanliness."

"Room was dirty, window A/C unit was hanging half off, room smelt like cigarettes, and the ICE machine was out of order. Also it was stated online the pool was open and the lady at the front desk said it was closed. Come to find out they didnt want anybody in it because they just cleaned it."

"The room smelled smoky. The noise was too much at night. Could hear everything, people just walking and speaking normally - not even loudly. The AC was very loud too as it turned off and on. Breakfast was horrible. Hash browns were really underheated. Cold to the touch. Coffee seemed old it had bad taste. The biscuits were tough. Eggs were tasteless. They could have used a little salt or pepper."
