"Have stayed here a number of times in the past, but will have to re-think after this last stay. The property is in a great location, but is showing its age. Thermostat was not working properly in our bedroom unit (heat coming on in the night during Lubbock summer?), closet doors did not stay closed, and bedside plugs that did not work were just a few annoyances. The breakfast bar was also pretty poor by all accounts."

"We booked the hotel for convenience for a family wedding. Good location and plenty of rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general is ok, but is in serious need of refurbishment and upgrades, especially for the rates they charge. Our bathtub had been reglazed, but the finish had a big hole in it. "I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold."

"I very much liked this Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff members were very kind. I greatly enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. We were checked in quickly and our room was very clean, roomy and all lights worked, tv was a nice size and the shower had great pressure and temperature was perfect.
