"Breakfast was great with the omelet station. We did have an issue with a woman screaming and banging on a door near us at 11pm. She said she went for a smoke and came back and her child locked the door and was a hard sleeper. Husband went to see what was going on and walked her to the front desk. They were not that willing to help with her situation as the privacy lock was engaged. Husband told desk they need to handle it or call the cops to help her get back into her room."
