"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a...

"Very easy to access. Even though front desk was closed when we got there, it was very easy to get all the instructions over the phone. Amazing, cozy and beautiful little cabin. Beautiful front lake as well. Very clean and heater was on. We will definitely be back! Thank you "

"Still no staff at the front desk at the Palmer Inn. Very cold without staff to go too. Coffee machine is lacking the higher end latte/espresso machine that they have at Church Landing. The new redone rooms are definitely 100% better than before. Total plus."
