"Called to confirm I could check in early. Waited for ~15min in the lobby before anyone showed up to assist me. Bed was comfortable but unfortunately the room smelled very damp. Reading lamp, regular light, and outlets on one side of my bed did not function correctly. AC was cold which was appreciated."

I could smell it on the pillows and everytime the AC kicked on. We both woke up with raw lungs and sore throats. There is confusion about the pet fee. It was posted at $15, they held $20 then finally charged $17 and some change. They do put at $50 hold on your credit card. The breakfast is very minimal: muffins, cereal, coffee.
