The Tramonto hotel is very conveniently located within the Golden Zone which is ideal for beach access and Gold zone restaurants. The swimming pool and hot tub however are rarely heated and this is very disappointing to individuals who are sensitive to cold water.

Over praised rude staff

Over priced No restaurant service. People were just eating and drinking in the pool disgusting. The Rooms had no Chairs it was just a bad Hotel staff were very Rude!! Charge for the towel that was stolen from my chair while in the Jacuzzi since there was vomit in the pool I hated this place! Will never stay there

No hot/warm water but nice hotel

The hotel is nice rooms are updated our room had a cooktop, fridge, & microwave, a few cons were we were there for 5 nights there was no hot water not even warm water on any of the days we were there, another con only two busy packed elevators with no a/c, loud music every single midnight we were on the 16 floor and we were still able to hear the traffic, vehicles honking, there was one night where a car just parked in front of the hotel and played loud music full blast at 3am, every night there was people walking & being loud on the street so this is not the place to stay if you’re planning on getting a good night sleep, located on the golden zone walking distance to clubs & about 10-15 min walk to el malecón

Fue economico, cerca del malecon y muchos lugares para comer. Estaba a pie d ela playa, alberca limpia. Fue comodo. me gusto la habitacion para 4 personas, 2 camas grandes con division. lo malo es que todo se escucha de los otros cuartos, y en las noches se escuchanban niños gritar, personas molestar cn sus platicas, eso fue bastante incomodo. Pero lo demas super bien

La habitacion q nos dieron para 2 personas estaba muy pegada la cama a la pared eran aproximadamente 30 centimetros entre la cama y la pared, ahi estaba un frigobar q no se podia abrir bien xq topaba con la cama, el minisplit no enfriaba bien, la señora de la limpieza le hacia al vivo y no aseaba la tasa del escusado, solo retiraba los papeles y cambiaba las toallas, estuve 1 semana y nunca cambio sábanas, solo trapeo unas 2 veces el piso. queje en la recepcion y les pedi me cambiaran de habitacion pero la recepcionista del turno de la tarde fue muy déspota y dijo q no era posible. Las toallas para la alberca se acababan muy rapido y varias personas nos quedamos sin poder tener toallas. Una noche el techo del lobby se estaba goteando , los baños detras del looby ya despues de las 8 de la noche huelen muy mal, a puro borracho y orines. Les hace falta q limpien varias veces ya que el hotel recibe mucha gente. El elevador se tarda mucho y en ocasiones estaba 1 solo elevador para tanta gente xq el otro lo sacaban fuera de servicio. En el estacionamiento q esta enfrente del hotel habia que estar listo y agarrar lugar xq no hay suficiente espacio. Me toco estar en dias de mucha lluvia y se hacia un lodazal y habia q tener cuidado ya q el estacionamiento es de pura tierra. No me gusto el trato, la limpieza y el estacionamente. La playa muy bien y accesible. Pero aun asi no volvere a hospedarme en el hotel TRAMONTO, para mi gusto me quedo a deber en varios aspectos.

Todo súper bien con instalaciones, personal, ubicación los únicos dos inconvenientes son el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y a veces no encontrarás lugar y sólo hay dos elevadores y son muy pequeños

no leeway by front desk staff. cant enjoy amenities 1 second before check in nor after. they wanna charge to use towel after check out as i was waiting for my flight. badically get out! will not bring manager to talk. they say they have no manager onsite which is BS. rooms are nice and ocean fromt great view but front desk staff sucks!
