"Kiddie pool area was closed so the stay was useless and a waste because the only reason I booked was to enjoy the amenities that was supposedly offered for kids. I was told by staff area gas been closed for 2 months and on top of that only one hot tub available that isnt out of order out of 3."

"The resort itself was fantastic. The views, the pools, cleanliness, hospitality, was all wonderful. The beds on the other hand, a completely different story. The beds were beyond "firm" like sleeping on a rock perhaps, after the first night, my spouse and i resorted to sleeping on the sleeper sofa, not much better as it was not comfortable either but better than the bed itself"

"The hotel was nice, clean and convenient.the staff was friendly and professional. The biggest issue we had was the door code. It was temperamental and a real pain to get open. This was especially an issue when I needed to use the restroom."

"The property is run down. The lock on the door had issues. The toilet ran constantly and had to giggle the handle. The shower dripped constantly leaving the bathroom floor wet. The safe did not work. The lamp shades are not only dated but filthy as well. No amenities such as coffee or water in lobby. The bed slopes and had to sleep in the middle in order not to roll off."

"Rooms were just ok. Barhroom needs update and good cleanung . Balcony doors don't reduce the noise at all. Was really hard to fall asleep because of all other guest noise on balconies and pool area even at 11pm. Weed smell right outside elevators in hallways. Would not recommend it if you come with kids."

"The kids loved the pool and the water slides. The room was decent and clean but nothing special and felt dated. The balcony could use some more comfortable chairs. One of the elevators was broken for a few days so getting up and down to the room was a hassle. They advertise that towels and garbage is changed daily which they did. When checking in there was a note that if you want full service with linen change they would accommodate with 24 hours notice. After asking for such they left sheets...
