"Kiddie pool area was closed so the stay was useless and a waste because the only reason I booked was to enjoy the amenities that was supposedly offered for kids. I was told by staff area gas been closed for 2 months and on top of that only one hot tub available that isnt out of order out of 3."

The beds were beyond "firm" like sleeping on a rock perhaps, after the first night, my spouse and i resorted to sleeping on the sleeper sofa, not much better as it was not comfortable either but better than the bed itself"

"The Good:Check in, check out was easy. Room was clean. Great water pressure. Beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds ive slept in, in a long time. Pillows were fantastic! On the 4th floor with a small view of the beach. Very walkable to everything. We never heard room next door to us talking or being loud while in the hotel room. Great place to people watch. The Bad: because it's so close to the strip its very loud.. the sliding doors help keep out the noise but it's still noisy....

When checking in there was a note that if you want full service with linen change they would accommodate with 24 hours notice. After asking for such they left sheets...
