"Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching."

"We booked two nights here but one night would have been sufficient. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the views are fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was dated and the entire resort has seen better days. Dinner was a mixed bag; the salmon main was delicious but the pork belly was all fat and the vegetables overcooked. "Modern, comfortable and easy. Great to have a car park. Little snack basket is a great touch. Acoustics were the only issue where you could hear the neighbouring units talking. Cleaning good but a few little things that caught my eye. Great place!"

"The location of this hotel is perfect with skytower in sire and 1 block from Queen street the main shopping area. It's an easy walk to the harbour from there as well. There are many coffee shops and restaurants on the block. The breakfast buffet has multiple choices of hot and cold food. I stayed here for 7 weeks and greatly appreciated the convenience and found staff very helpful."

"I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back."
