"Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. She helped get her coffee and went beyond to help her which was nice to see. I would say if you are going to do the complimentary...

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"Friendly staff! Convenient coffee within hotel. The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed."

"They don’t serve breakfast until 7am on the weekends, so if you have somewhere to be earlier than that, you won’t be getting breakfast here. But the staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfy."

"They over sold the property due to a large concert within walking distance. My family tried to check in 3 different times, and each time told almost ready almost ready. We checked our bags in and went to get lunch, still not ready when we got back. We got our luggage so we could change for the concert. "This is a small hotel but convenient. The staff are friendly and the hotel was clean if just a little bit old it still felt well maintained and like it has care put into keeping it nice. I stay in Spokane for work and this is now one of my favorite places I've had to stay."
