"Hotel was excellent in all areas. Staff, facility, and breakfast. Would have given 5 stars in cleanliness of room, if there wasn’t hair left in the bathtub. Minor detail that didn’t affect our trip. But it’s nice to see a clean tub free of previous guests"

I used Expedia to book a one night stay for a job I had in San Diego when I booked online. I had a king room with the sofa bed however, upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that they would have to downgrade me to a two queen’s room. Ok, no problem. I accept it however, when I got upstairs to my room and lugged all of my luggage, when I went to open the door, the maid came after me saying, “ no this room is not clean stop” she sends me back...

"The property was aesthetically pleasing, staff was very polite and helpful. The two biggest disappointments was the pool and area around it being dirty and unusable. I was looking forward to swimming and was not able to. The breakfast selections were adequate however the sausage was rubbery, potatoes were cold and bread was too thick and bordered stale. Plus side, the room was sizable, bed very comfortable."

"I spent 4 nights at The Inn at Moonlight Beach and I was still not ready to leave! Every morning I took a nice long stroll down Moonlight beach, and stopped off for coffee at Lofty. A wonderful breakfast basket was waiting for me when I returned with fresh fruit, a chia seed parfait and green juice. I stayed in Sweet Bay, which had nice high ceilings, a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen and a large soaking tub. All of the touches were so well thought out. I loved the sound machine with the sound...
