"The breakfast was good. Easy parking, easy to get an Uber, great dining options for the area and safe to walk around. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s my go to when staying downtown. I will be back."

"The hotel was clean, well taken care of, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The parking was convenient across the street, easy to get in and out, and less expensive than others in the area. The view of the river and surrounding buildings from the 15th floor lobby and our hotel were both very nice. We did not use the pool or gym, but they both looked great."

"I was attracted to this hotel based on the location, conveniently directly next to the Willis Tower and a short walk to Union Station. Service was great, thankfully we were able to check-in around 10:30am which was much appreciated. Facility was clean and inviting, I would stay here again."
