"Room was clean but A/C was very noisy.
No shower curtain in bathroom. They charged 100$ deposit that I still haven't got back yet. It's been over a week. And they won't answer email or phone calls.

"Front desk employee was great! Super friendly and helpful! We had to shorten our stay and he was very understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was good as well. What was not very good was the smell of the room we had, it was hard to figure out if it was musty odor from the AC or were there pets in it previously? Also found a black long hair when I pulled back the bedding. That could have been from person changing linens hopefully, which would not be as bad as from the previous guest so I...

"Easy check in. Right off of I-75. Great breakfast. Spotless rooms. Very friendly staff.
The only negative I had was the family with four kids screaming and carrying on in the pool from 8-9:30 pm. Ridiculous for a hotel that caters to people who are getting up very early for a full day of driving. I didn’t get back to sleep till after midnight."
