"Large comfortable spaces"

"The hotel was beautiful downstairs and the staff brilliant. Our room was nicely decorated with an amazing bathroom. It was a 'room with a view'. There was a mountain, but mainly a view of the noisy highway. Unfortunately the room smelt very 'doggie' and there were several suspicious looking yellow stains on the carpet. We should have asked for another room but we were on a tight schedule and only there for one night. Thankfully the beds were clean and comfortable."

"This hotel is stunning. I rented the room for my daughter's prom night so she was in walking distance to her venue. I ended up booking a second room while staying here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortable. "

"Very woll pleased with staff especially Lyric the 1st shift front desk clerk. The gentleman who also worked the front desk were very uobeat andxexcied about myvdaughters suprise birthday party. The fruit platter that was ordered from Embassy was great. The rooms are much smaller and breakfast buffet was much smaller than thexEmbassy we stayed out on Shallowford rd location, Atlanta, Nashville and Chicago...over all great visit."

"Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night."

"Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum."

"We spent two nights here . Overall had good experience . Except First morning at 8:20 am breakfast area was chaos . They ran out of milk , only one container had cereal , no breads, no fruits . We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled . We are vegetarian (don’t eat egg too)so we anyways had options to eat cereals , oats with milk and bagels but that also we couldn’t. Only item available was we waffles(as content...

"It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! "

"The reviews are on point. The rooms were clean without smelling an intense scent that hotels use. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. The staff super friendly and helpful. We went with our kiddos and the location was perfect to visit the aquarium, discover museum and other attractions. "

"My husband and I loved our stay at The Chattanoogan and would return. It is within easy walking distance of great restaurants (try The Feed Company!) and a short drive from other restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did a poor job of cleaning. When we retired to a "clean" room there were hairs in the sink, the toilet paper roll had not been refreshed, and, while this is really nitpicky, the cord to the hairdryer was sticking out of the drawer.
