"There was no staff on site but there was a phone number to call if we had any questions. There was an envelope left in their mailbox with instructions and a key for the cabin. One evening my granddaughter was taking a shower and the water was cold. Also one evening when I was in the shower, it was luke warm and not hot enough. My showers are always less than 10 minutes The cabin was very clean but there were no cups to use for drinking. We did enjoy the location. Thank you"

"It is very small and tacky cabin. Very very expensive for $400 price point, it is like $50 motel inside. The bathroom was small and stinky. Terrible experience. Dragging bags through gravel is no fun either. It is 15+ mins drive to the Denali park and the major city center with food drinks etc. I won’t recommend"
