"This was a last minute booking because everything else was full. Price wise it was more than we wanted for one night and unplanned. The second we opened the door we knew that we made the right choice! Then we walked out on the balcony and sat down to a view of denali and it's mountains! It was at this point that we decided next trip up to denali this will be out chosen accommodations! And yes, for multiple nights!"

"My mom and I stayed here in one of the cabins they have available with the motel, and we were very pleased with the place and everything being so close by. If I were passing back through, I would stay here again. The staff was wonderful and gave excellent recommendations for food. They were also very very nice and welcoming"

There are a few onsite restaurant options and many picnic tables in the “miner’s camp.” Even though there are many buildings, the layout is such that it feels like it is a smaller place. "I loved this stay. Room was a bit hot because the curtains were open before we checked in and the sun was beaming into the room but once we opened the sliding glass door it cooled down a bit. The whole lodge and area/river is super cool"

"Very good property nestled in woods. The road to the hotel is uphill however the shuttle service is really good. The staff is very helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. Just one point to note - If you arrive from Fairbanks by train you reach hotel by 12:30 pm and your room may not be ready till 4pm. It happened to us and we would have appreciated clear timeline for room availability so that we could have used those 4 hrs going to visitor center in the Denali park."

"This is an excellent place to hang your hat for a night or two. Conveniently located to Denali, the Denali Highway and Cantwell, it's a clean quiet place (I had RM9, not a cabin) with a beautiful mountain view behind the cabins. I was greeted by Dan, the manager, a friendly and knowledgeable man who recommended the little sandwich shop for breakfast (on the property) and the pizza place across the street (fantastic pizza). "Cabin was spotless. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. Shower and kitchen were user friendly. Convenient to main hey but a bit noisy at times, due to this. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend to others. "
