"The stay was mediocre, but to top it all off because a few of the Linens got dirty they decided to try and charge me $560 for a washcloth being dirty, two of the cheap hand rag style floor mats for the shower we're dirty and I spelled a small amount of tea on a sheet. Apparently justifying them trying to charge me over half $1,000"

"Room was ok but it was off the pool and it was stuffy and warm. The air conditioner could not cool the room.
There was trash outside all around the hotel and a huge dumpster in the back near the picnic tables.
Will not stay there again."

"Overpriced. Stuff didn’t work. Disappointing to say the least. I booked this hotel for my family looking for a place to unwind after a long, long day driving and sightseeing in Yellowstone and after camping the previous night. The photos on the website look great. The lobby and patio have obviously been redone.
However:
AC was faulty. After waking up at 11pm sweating I could not get the AC to function more than a minute or two no matter what I did.
The hairdryer did not work.
