"Nice stay"

"Nice rustic place to stay. Loved having a sink outside of the bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Lobby was a nice place to sit and eat and read."

"Staff was very helpful. As a family of 6 the extra sitting room with pullout couch was awesome. Asked for a rollaway bed and was told they no longer provide them but after our long day getting back there was one sitting outside our room. Room was super clean and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend."

"This hotel is pretty old and tired. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that they had replaced the carpet in the room with vinyl plank, so that helped somewhat. There was wingback chair in the room that was fairly threadbare with stains on the arms and seat. The desk chair seat and armrests (vinyl) were worn and had tears in them. "This was such a lovely hotel to stay at for the weekend! Within walking distance of great coffee shops, stores, you name it. The staff was welcoming, the room was charming and spacious. Make sure you check out a sunset on the rooftop patio! We had dinner at the restaurant next door (2nd St Cafe), which was delicious. I highly recommend staying here!"

"It had a great air conditioner with a steady fan hum which drowned out any train noise, as it was across the street from busy tracks. Was close to a historic downtown area which was lovely to explore and we had missed on prior visits.to Livingston. We got a room with a pullout sofa bed and had a table and chairs and felt homey. Did not like getting contact high from the weed smoking happening below the room... only smelled outside though. Had benches in front of the rooms for my smoker friend...

"No elevator and the front desk clerk offered no help when I told her I couldn’t haul luggage to 2nd floor myself (heart condition). She gave me a ground floor room but charged me extra for it. They had a guest washing machine but dryer was broken. In room, floors were not clean and toilet paper holder was missing. I’d recommend that you avoid this motel."

"The Wi-Fi was unacceptably slow. It was almost equivalent to having no internet connection, as we could not watch YouTube or download offline maps. There was also a serious bathroom issue. When we flushed the toilet, water leaked to the lower floor. As a result, staff came to check our room while we were showering and suggested that we should not have water on the floor when showering, even though we did not cause this issue. "We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby."
