"The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."

"We stay here often - love the outdoor pool to rewind after driving and this last visit made a few treks around the walking trail around the pond. Left my phone charger there and they were able to find it and send it back to me. We had a king room and liked the extra-long, reclined type chair."

"After initial check in when given a king room after we asked for a room with 2 queen beds. The front desk was helpful, but I requested the room with a walk-in shower. We got a room with a tub and the shower head didn't work correctly. On top of that, the tub didn't drain adequately and was standing in 6" of water while showering. We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and this was the worst room experience we've ever had."

"Incredible staff, perfect atmosphere. Pool was beyond refreshing and the breakfast was well cooked and not overcrowded. Parking was plentiful and everything around was so easily accessible"

"Room was good, pool was great, breakfast in Al's Table was delicious, area/location was perfect for us. The ONLY downfall was no microwave in the room. Anytime we wanted to heat something up we had to walk down to the lobby and that was a hike."
