"We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees."

"This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!"

"Extremely happy with our stay Upon arrival got 3 drink voucher per adult per room so we were 3 adults and 1 child With drinks were light snacks like Pasta, soup, salad, nachos, hot dogs The food was a bit disgusting n cold but we enjoyed our drinks with nachos Morning breakfast was also nice From buttermilk biscuits to scrambled eggs , oatmeal, sausages patty, hash potatoes, n waffles Overall great value for money"

"It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all."

"Our stay was great until we got up in the morning to shower. The shower head didn’t work, there was no hot water and the towels smelled sour. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and amenities were good. "
