"Room was beautiful, got ready for a shower, went to the bathroom and the lights did not work, I used my flashlight and found 1/2 the room was flooded with what appeared to be toilet water. Got dressed, went down the check in and got another room. Went to take a shower the next morning and there was no hot water. Took a cold shower and left."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
