"Our room was clean and fresh, the pool was clean and refreshing after a long day. We didn’t take advantage of the grab n go breakfast but it was nice that it was offered. All the of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. We couldn’t hear the guests in the rooms next to us; the air worked so well we got too cold and turned it off. The showers water pressure was great and the water was hot. The beds are firm mattresses so if you like soft; this maybe an issue for you. We prefer firm and slept very well. It’s very easy to get food delivery here as well as you are a short drive to several options. There are several Chanel’s available on the tv; a little something for everyone and free WiFi. We Will definitely book again when we are in the area."

"Like a trip back to the 20th century. Clean rooms, microwave, refrigerator and coffee in the room. A very nice breakfast with cereal, bagels, cream cheese, coffee, yogurt and mini muffins. I would stay here again."

"We've stayed at the Villa Vista once before, and liked the location- on the main street, Ludington- so it's a nice walk through several residential blocks to shops in the heart of town, and on to the shore of Lake Michigan. It's a simple, vintage "mom and pop" motel; clean, with all the basics- microwave, fridge, coffee maker (glad to have decaf offered). A good value, just after Labor Day. I'd prefer outdoor lawn furniture outside each door than an interior chair, wood-with-upholstered-cushion. Other than that, it was quiet, clean, safe and all we needed for an overnight in this charming lakeside town."
