"Enjoyed the room with kitchen. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the 24hr. Coffee. Only disappointed was paying $398 for one night because the band Journey was in town. Booked the room 6 months in advance. Same room goes around $209"

"Clean. Great staff. Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Small but nice gym. Our wifi was iffy but otherwise we were very happy either way our stay."

"The room was average. After paying in advance for the room I discovered that there was a $15/day charge for parking and all food was charged to the room or paid for in cash. No breakfast included. Perhaps I overlooked this when making the reservation."

"Room above us kept their shower on and we had an early morning flood (6am) coming into our room on the day we were checking out. Not hotels fault. They offered us another room later that day when one opened up. But I was surprised they didn’t offer to comp the night when I asked about this at check out."

"Room was functional. The shades got blown around by the a/c unit so the room wasn’t dark - especially with the parking lot lights. Had work to do in Worcester and the commute was bearable."

"Our room was nice and clean. There were baseball and soccer events going on so the kids left trash around that unfortunately was still in the lobby and out front the next day. They could have been short on staff for the day. We asked for more towels and a pillow and even though the gentlemen at the front desk was busy he brought them to our room very quickly. The Breakfast was ok. Sunday was a little better than Saturday. They had more staff on. Also there was only one waffle maker so there...

"First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had a positive experience. They recently replaced the heating/AC units and they’re having some issues with that but I’m confident that they will be resolved. They were very responsive to my issue in my room and move me to another room."

"The room was clean but the curtain had trouble working and several floor carpet tiles were lifting. The staff was present and available, though they were quiet and reserved, without smiles. The breakfast bar was good (maintained, clean, and ready)."
