"Staff is very friendly"

"Food was great"

"Didn't like outside entrance. Accidentally stepped into a liquid stain apparently came from the outside trashcan. Had to get someone to come in and get the TV straight. I guess i wasnt tech savvy enough to use 2 remotes. Everything else was great. Breakfast was small but tasty. Just enough options . Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well"

"The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Staff did offer to move the room but that room smelled more like smoke. Rooms need air fresheners and drapes, carpets and bed linen need cleaning items that get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was amazing!"

"Rooms were clean. Had to be moved due to noise from the boiler room. Other than that, excellent staff. Myra was awesome!"

"Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again."

"Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!"

"It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

"It was great"

"My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!"

"The walls are very, you can hear entire conversations happening in the room next door."

"The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me"
