"Food was great"

"Stay was great"

"The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Staff did offer to move the room but that room smelled more like smoke. Rooms need air fresheners and drapes, carpets and bed linen need cleaning items that get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was amazing!"

"We enjoyed our stay at historic Linden Row. Originally built in the 1800’s and restored to period, you’ll find high ceilings, original wood floors and period chandeliers. We were celebrating our 25th so splurged and rented a two room suite. The hotel is charming but lacks the luxury you might find spending the same amount elsewhere. Parking is off site but close to the hotel. Location is centrally located. The floors in our suite looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile with dust visable...

"Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!"

"Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again."

"It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

"Very friendly staff"

"Great location, close to airport. Rooms are comfortable and staff was welcoming. We asked fir a late check out whi h was accommodated without hesitation. Good food options available right in lobby. Highly recommend!"

"The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The room was incredibly spacious and having a full kitchen was a fantastic convenience. The breakfast each morning was also amazing—everything was delicious and well-prepared. We highly recommend this property!"
