"There were mini complications upon my arrival. No key cards the ENTIRE stay & charging me twice, due to their error. Disregarding that, the front desk staff member was very accommodating. He was very patient with me & my plus one. Overall, a great experience. I booked the jacuzzi room. I must say, I just might book again. No complaints about the room. No complaints about the staff, they were very understanding. 7/10 review, if I had a key card & wasn’t charged two amounts it would’ve been a 10."

"Mold in AC vent, mold on bathroom ceiling. Whenever this place was " renovated" the broken kicked in front door of the room was not replaced, looks like it was just wood glued and painted over. Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come. Dirty makeup stain pillow on the bed, and what I believe...

"We appreciated the elaborate fountain and display on the main floor. The staff was excellent. The food and service at the restaurant Ginger was on point. However, our first disappointment was access to charging our EV through the valet. It’s not possible. The second disappointment was access to the casino from our room. Having to leave the casino and go through security each time instead of having direct access through an elevator. The last disappointment was the bed,the mattress specifically...

"We stayed an entire week at this hotel, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning. Amenities were clean and maintained.Pool was clean and area was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families or other travelers .Thanks Hampton Inn Alexandria! ♥️"

"The property looked like it was trying to put new paint and upgrades without removing any of the old paint and what was underneath it. It was not clean at all unfortunately. It had an okay exterior look paint wise but inside not so much. The rooms shower floor was dirty and my wife felt like she needed to leave and cancel the reservation. The toilet handle seemed like it was going to fall off when I flushed it. It just didn’t look like the hotel overall was well maintained and cleaned with care...
