Patio del Mundo is an oasis of calm and beauty in Medellin. Located in a hip neigborhood, it's walking distance to great restaurants and bars, while set in a gorgeous lush garden. Staff are delightful and the breakfast is wonderful. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Good marketing worst reallity
I am very disappointment with these hotel, I booked for 4 nights, no air condition, solution 2 noisy fans. So hot, none night I slept confortable About breakfast all days same option: eggs, coffe and chocolate. One day I asked cheese and in the picture you can saw what they gave me (grated parmesan cheese) TV screen is less than 20", no radio, no speakers. The house has a great garden So expensive for this bad quality.

Urban jungle in the best way.
A jungle on one side, the city on the other, this is truly a very comfortable unique property in the best area of Medellin. Great staff, helpful in every way. Everything was very easy and very pleasant.

Lovely bed & breakfast, great service and location
Service was superior. Both Israel and Sebastian are wonderful! The room was spacious and clean with a large private bathroom. The property is perfectly situated so that you are close enough to walk to the restaurant area but far enough away to be quiet and peacefully. The breakfast is cooked to order but there are no vegetarian options. The fresh squeezed orange juice and croissants were amazing however. This is more of a bed and breakfast though as it was a house converted into individual suites. As such, you can sometimes hear other guests in the hallway etc. I would not recommend it for families but it is perfect if you are looking for a more intimate stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great little boutique hotel
Nice little boutique hotel. Great service and very convenient location. Nice clean room with patio. The only little issue was that the bed was a little too soft and on the small side. Other than that, great hotel in Medellín and I would stay there again.

Perfecto!
Simply stated: I could live here! This boutique hotel is really exceptional. Keep in mind this is a lovely home with only 7 suites so you won't find a traditional bar at which to belly up. However, you are welcome to relax in a lovely living room or on your personal patio with a drink provided by the welcoming host of the evening. The location is perfect, quiet street but only a couple blocks from a lively, upscale restaurant/bar zone. The walk to Lleras Park is easy also. For those of us who enjoy the luxury, boutique option Patio del Mundo doesn't disappoint!

Very nice boutique hotel with stylish rooms, a beautiful garden, very good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff! Perfect and quiet place close to restaurants and bars in El Poblado.

Wonderful staff and property!
This is a gorgeous B&B and the staff were wonderful. You are made to feel at home from the moment you arrive and the staff are willing to help you with anything you need! The property is beautiful and the garden area leaves you feeling like you are in a tropical paradise as opposed to the city. We made use of the garden Jacuzzi which was a lovely treat after a long day exploring Medellin. I cannot recommend this property enough, from the decoaration and setting to the really lovely staff! One of the best places we stayed in Colombia by far!

Fantastic Hotel and Super friendly hosts
I'm so happy we booked this hotel while we visit Medellin. It's impeccably clean, has gorgeous tropical terrace for breakfasts and hotel staff is incredible, they recommended best city tours, best restaurants, organized taxi trips, they even scheduled doctor appointment for my husband (he burned his hand and we didn't have time to visit doctor at home) I can't wait to come back! The service we received was beyond all expectations! Thank you for your hospitality Patio Del Mundo!!!!

Super cute house with great service
Patio del mundo was amazing! We ended up spending way too much time in the house because we loved it so much! The breakfast, the room, the jacuzzi deck are all superb. The only little drawback is that it's about a 5-8 minute uphill walk to the house but we didn't mind it.

Excellent stay!
I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The accommodations were fantastic. The breakfast was far, far more than I could eat. Above all, the staff were the best! At every turn they outdid themselves. The location is fantastic because it is in walking distance of several great restaurants, yet just far enough away not to hear any of the night life. Good job, Patio del Mundo!

What a 5 star boutique hotel should be
We have only one regret, that we weren't able to stay longer. The owners have designed a wonderful retreat, on a quiet street, yet just minutes walk from a vibrant restaurant scene. The managers ensured every need was met, and were always available to help with our travel planning. Bedroom well designed and was quite comfortable. Patio/deck overlooks a beautiful garden, and was a great place for breakfast and to relax during the day and evening.

Breathtaking!!!
Patio del mundo exceeded my expectations. The house is delicately designed and absolutely beautiful. The garden gives a true tropical feeling. Service was excellent and the owner and the rest of the staff were very pleasant, attentive and responsive. The breakfast is delicious and I loved the freshly made juices and the french pastries. Patio is located in a perfect area that made going out in the evening easy since it is close to the bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Medellin.
