"Had king suite....so much empty room. Bathroom was so small and tight it was laughable and very uncomfortable. Had to turn the ac down to 63 to get the room cool. Room smelled musty upon arrival."

"They ran out of coffee at breakfast and we ended up going back to our room after waiting 20 minutes. And someone dropped one of the serving utensils and I took it back to the lady in the kitchen. And I stood there waiting on her to realize I was standing there, her ear pod was in so she couldn't hear me. But house keeper was wonderful and front desk was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again!"

"I always booked the jacuzzi smoking room and everytime I would get the same room but this time I was put in another room on the 2nd floor. Normally I am pretty satisfied with this facility. This time wasn't the case. The hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. The room had many bugs, I killed about 8-10 flies and there were lots of gnats or fruit flies. There were also lots of ppl hanging around. At 2 in the morning, kids were outside, ppl were arguing."

"I was happy with my room, facilities & service. Our room was stylish, had a balcony & was very secure. However, I have never paid over $100 for a room, & not served a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, potato, etc.). That was a huge disappointment to our family."

"everything was excellent. The only thing I was surprised about was my room wasn't straightened out while I was there. I know that I only stayed two nights and this is what many hotels are doing now but I was just surprised. "This was a fairly decent hotel - comfortable enough, with various amenities. The breakfast in the morning was actually pretty nice, not "far and away" better than most such hotels but definitely on the upper end of the range you'd expect -- cereal and yogurt and fruit was fresh, the juice was good, the belgian waffle machine worked. "The room was somewhat clean, but there was a terrible smell throughout the entire hotel and room, so bad that I decided to check out the next day. Finding another hotel last minute was a hassle."

"Check was fast, staff was great, I was grossly over charged for a 1 night stay because of the " World Cup" which i could give 2 cent about "price gouging." Just wanted to be 2 minutes from a party venue.My refrigerator in the room did not work and the toilet was clogged! Maintenance was not available so we were handed a plunger to do it ourselves!!"

"The property is right next to a Cracker Barrel, so that’s a plus! The staff said it wasn’t pool season and that’s why it was closed. It was June 29th. The gym had no treadmill and the shower in our room had mold in it. So over all not one of my favorite stays unfortunately."
