"Room was clean. Didn't need the parking. Close to airport and cruise port. Cost is reasonable."

"The airport shuttle details were not clear upon booking so I had to Uber to the property. The pool isn't available until sometime mid May and the front staff doesn't have the best demeanor. I had a layover and on the morning of checkout, the airport shuttle was late. The room was ok but the lock wasn't working properly. Ac is working as it should but I will never stay here again. Sticking to Wyhndam"

"I love the modernness of this hotel. Cool air conditioning, fun lighting, great views, perfect location for the port of Miami and the rooftop pool is stunning. "

"I would rate this negative Stars if possible. My physical body has never been in a shittier building in my life. Cracked walls, dust collecting in the fan blades, broken closet doors with years old water stains, NO coffee maker in the room as the listing promised and an incredibly difficult check in process. Orbitz was no better, not allowing a cancellation or making any effort to put me in a room somewhere else. The best phrase I can use to describe this place is ‘low end crackhouse’. I wouldn’t allow my girlfriend to even ENTER the building that’s how disgusting this was - and I paid for this more than I would have had I stayed at à la Quinta or other such economy hotel. Avoid this place like the plague. Save your money and your sanity."

"Tub was not cleaned and the loud crowd with music blaring all night long with our little ones trying to sleep was very frustrating. Felt like the staff was afraid to be in control, they were even taking food and drinks right out of the snack room instead of paying. Not to mention NO PARKING!! The parking lot was so full with visitors/friends of the people staying...they didn't even have a room but just there to hang out. It was definitely out of control! "

"The room we stayed in was in disrepair. Carpet was worn, ceiling had an unsuccessful repair to a leak from the roof. A complete failure compared to a stay at any holiday inn express. As an IHG member I was provided with complimentary water so that was a plus. Staff were polite and professional at the lobby. The cafe is less than desirable and should be properly cleaned. Paying $4 for cold coffee and no real creamer is not what I call hospitality."
