"I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights."

Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. The rooms appear clean, definitely wear and tear, cracked sink bowl, door closing was off, trim over sink in bathroom could use a scrub in the detailed woodwork. "The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. The food and drink is excellent and not overly expensive. Try to get a front side room as the view in the morning is so relaxing to look over the marina. The location is perfect for all the local restaurants."

The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which was great for longer stays or preparing meals. "This property and entire experience was excellent. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are really extraordinarily good. The food was excellent both for breakfast and at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful and people were using it while we were there even though it was mid April and lovely warm. This is a wonderful find and we look forward to going back.
