"Room had a terrible chemical smell and bedding smelled of super strong detergent Had to sleep With balcony door open and on top of the bedding with my clothes on. Really terrible "

"Regular visitors to this hotel. The staff, especially the guys on the door are amazing. They make the place special. Couple of areas for thought. Water in the room. Not enough supplied. Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished. Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this. Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items....

The room ( first floor facing the street) was extremely clean with a comfortable bed, good shower room and very useful, well-equipped kitchen area. Unfortunately, our room was directly opposite to a very bright street light which was on all night and lit up the room despite there being blackout curtains so we didn’t sleep soundly although it wasn’t actually noisy overnight.
