"The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. "The Red Ranch Inn is an older style motel from back in the day when the Catskills were the place to vacation. The motel has been updated and the property is well kept. I would have preferred a room towards the back of the property but had a room closest to Rt. 32 and the noise of the traffic. The pool was inviting but didn't get to try it out. This hotel will make you feel at home, and you will sleep like a rock. I have stayed in top hotels around the world, and no place comes closer the that at home experience. "Everything about this stay was excellent! At check in Adriana made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations for the area. The food at Dandies was so great that we ate there two out of the three nights of our stay. At the Dandies bar, Jaime and Andre were fun to talk to and very attentive. Room was spotless and decor was perfection. Grounds were gorgeous. Cannot wait to stay again!"

"Fantastic staff, we loved it all except the size of the bathroom and the internet service. The bathroom had barely room for your knees and the shower barely fit my husband who is 230 lbs. Seriously, there was hardly room to turn around in it. And, then there is T-mobile which didn’t help trying when the wifi was useless. "Beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and golf course. We loved the view from our room 521. . Great place to relax before dinner with a glass of wine/cheese. Location is good within walking distance to a most wonderful restaurant named prominence. Highly recommend. The on site restaurant was nice too. Biggest disadvantage was the tv as it does not have any cable and then ending up with no signal at all. Other than that it was a really great place to stay."
