Hotel dekat Mega Mall

"Kurang menyenangkan, Gedung cukup bagus tapi kurang terpelihara, kamar kurang bersih khususnya house keeping. Staff receptionis kurang tanggap."

"Hotel yang ga sesuai dg bintangnya..Mungkin karena hotel lama dan kurang perawatan.. Dari mulai datang padahal sdh jam 20 an,tp kamar blm ready dan hrs nunggu lama.. Begitu masuk kamar bau apek kaya kamar lama ga dimasukkin..Kasur ada hewan hewan kecil dan bikin badan gatal gatal.. Air panas kamar mandi juga ga fungsi.. Sarapan, bener bener jauh dr bintang 4..untung hanya nginep 1 malam, trus pindah hotel lain"

"Selalu menyenangkan nginep disini"

"HOTEL YG BERSIH , STAFF YG RAMAH , LOKASI OK , SAYANG TEMPAT PARKIR TERBATAS SKL, SECARA KESELURUHAN HOTEL INI OK SKL......"

"Hotel yang nyaman, suasana tenang"

"First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

"Lokasi strategis dan nyaman"

"The room is very comfortable and clean. The staffs were helpful. After the online check-in was done. I needed to receive the boarding pass through the hotel e-mail. Suppose I needed to pay for it but they waived the charges. "

"Hotelnya tua dan tdk terawat dgn baik.Lemari kayu yg tdk rapat, tempelan kayu yg terlepas,toilet/closet yg agak kekuningan dan lampu di toilet yg agak redup."

"Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep "
