"Great location"

"The breakfast here is lovely, some of the best scrambled eggs I've had in fact. Their star quality is that the staff are beyond attentive. Parking is easy. All the staff have been fabulous from beginning to end. I honestly can't fault them"

"The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. "

"The shower head was usable but broken and the curtain hooks were broken so wouldn't block daylight properly. Otherwise our stay was comfortable."

"It was a clean pleasant hotel in an excellent location. I was disappointed that I didn’t have a window to look out of. It made the room dull. I also would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. The restaurant was very good ."

"The room smelt awful someone had clearly been smoking in there, the radiator was broken and stuck on full heat, there were stains on the walls, it was so noisy you can hear everything going on. I woke up at 1:15 and there were mice in the room - disgusting! "

"Apartment was spacious, but very shabby. It needs to be re-painted! Rooms were comfortable It is a convenient distance from the coach station and the shopping area, but the area is very rough, and didn't always feel safe. It was also very noisy outside at night - lots of people yelling in the streets just outside of the building. Rooms were comfortable"

"An excellent option for a stay in the city centre, close to the station. Would be awesome if all the lifts worked but that's a very minor comment, otherwise a pleasant stay."
