Fantastic location, right on beach. Bring a chair unless you want to pay$15 daily. There is a parking fee I didn't see online. Breakfast was expensive but there is great food locally, including a Friendly's( mint choc chip) yum! Regular menu looked reasonable. Many bars and lounge areas if you drink. ...

Bed was comfortable, price was good, floors were dirty, very low water pressure in the shower, had to slam the entry door to get it to close, couldn’t control the A/C temp up or down.
