"Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

"Overall, we’re not very fussy and we enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the place was clean. The in-room products were decent quality however we were a little disappointed with a couple easily improvable details. They only provided one coffee pod per day per adult which felt a bit lean. Despite having four guests in the room (us and our two children), they only provided 2 pool towels. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"Lovely, helpful and thoughtful staff. Great room with a kitchenette. Not a new hotel, but the room was clean, we had a bathtub, the bed was comfortable and we were less than 100m from the Princess Theatre. Fantastic location!"
