The staff were friendly, helpful & pleasant. The rooms are small. The floor by bed wall / bathroom was wet but we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. This is a "Memorial" place... Kudos to the Staff and House Keeping... The Breakfast Lady worked hard, not just in keeping the Food Service up and running for at least 30+ people...but preformed in a Most Professional Manner.... Cocoa Beach Suites
We were pleasantly surprised that our suite had two rooms, but the property is very dated. The carpet and furniture look ancient. There's not a single bench around the building. Parking is good, a bunch of restaurants within the walking distance
