The staff were friendly, helpful & pleasant. The rooms are small. The floor by bed wall / bathroom was wet but we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. The faucet didn’t work great - hard time getting hot water. View of beach was nice. Overpriced we felt for what we had. Free coffee in the lobby ...

This is a "Memorial" place... Kudos to the Staff and House Keeping... The Breakfast Lady worked hard, not just in keeping the Food Service up and running for at least 30+ people...but preformed in a Most Professional Manner.... Please provide any and all promotions available to this Woman... Overall ...

Cocoa Beach Suites
We were pleasantly surprised that our suite had two rooms, but the property is very dated. The carpet and furniture look ancient. There's not a single bench around the building. Parking is good, a bunch of restaurants within the walking distance
