"I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Tower Hotel. Although the furniture was a little tired & dated, everything else was great. The view was excellent, the location is perfect & the staff were all brilliant, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I'd recommend it for a stay in London & would definitely stay there again."

"AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken. The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer. Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."

"Nice hotel especially for the price. Check in was a long queue (due to everyone staying for the marathon), so they could do with self check in screens to speed up the process. It was also strange being asked to provide drivers license or passport as part of the check in process."

"They upgraded us to a suite that was wonderful. We wanted a kitchen and got a full one that even included a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was like a modern one-bedroom apartment just across from the Tower of London. Our only complaint was the bed was hard."
