"Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. "On arrival the told us that they just painted the shower floor and not to use it for an hour. Well 6 hours later still wet.y foot went right through the painted floor. They said they were full and they could not move us. That night I got food poisoning. So our stay here was not so great. We were so disappointed. The food was really good too. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful surroundings. The place definitely needs updates though."

This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. "Super Nettes Personal, Anlage war grundsätzlich sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt und Handwerker haben kleineres schnell ausgebessert. Aufgrund des Urlaubs außerhalb der Ferienzeit war natürlich die Anzahl an Kleinkindern höher und man hatte öfters keine Ruhe. Ansonsten war der Kurzurlaub gelungen und die Anlage würde ich weiter empfehlen"
