"This property was centrally, located and easy to get to all the sites in Bath. The reason I only gave them three stars were 1) the ongoing construction and 2) we could not drive our car to the front door to deliver our bags. We had to park about three blocks away and wheel our bags to the hotel; definitely inconvenient. if you’re traveling light, this hotel would be an ideal value."

"It was adequate for a pre-flight stay. The room was clean and reasonably spacious but uncomfortably cold. Admittedly the UK weather was unseasonably cold but with the rather high cost of the room the heating should have been switched on."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and our room, especially for the price compared to nearby options. The location is perfect, right across from a ferry landing and bus stop. Very walkable to many of the city’s attractions as well. It is the tallest building in the area and our room had a lovely view of the river and city from the 14th floor.
