"A hotel with no humans is a very bad idea. Many services require humans. Therefore, while an OK facility in good location, this was a very bad experience. What happens when the safe’s battery does not work? How do you get your passports? Or if the bathroom is stuck! Nobody to speak to. And nobody told me this was a “tech hotel”. Never again!"

"I had a problem with my passport which meant I had to delay the start of my journey. The hotel kept my booking open and have been very informative and friendly throughout. When eventually I was able to travel, the hotel made sure that my booking for extra days meant I didn't need to change rooms. Their responses throughout were almost immediate, and always understanding and helpful. Highly recommended and I will stay with them again "
