We had an amazing experience. Would highly recommend. The location is great! Extremely secure and safe. Sound proof although it is on the junction of busy roads. Everything is at walking distance. Metro, tram, grocery stores, cafes, and even a clinic and pharmacy was near by. However make sure you receive your access code before hand. I never received it and it never went to my spam/junk folders either. On arrival there was a local phone number on the door that I had to make an international call to, to get the access code. Even then it took couple of tries because their email wasnt gettimg through. So I would highly recommend to have ur acces code before arrival because there is no reception. Also the hotel needs to have better communication with guests coming in. No one picked up the phone listed in expedia. And no one ever replied when I sent a message about not receiving an access code through expedia.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless clean. The location was also incredible with a metro stop right outside the door. The bed was very firm but the pillows were of different sizes to adjust to your comfort level. There is no shampoo in the shower and the room was very warm despite attempts to lower the temperature with the AC.

중심가 한복판이고 위치는 매우 좋아요. 온라인 체크인이라는 후기를 미리 보고 메일을 미리 체크해서 오면 어렵지 않아요. 그렇지만 실시간 어디로 문의해야하는지에 대한 설명은 없습니다. 연박시 청소 당연히 해주고요. 호텔 컨디션은 매우 마음에 들어요. 다음에 와도 또 숙박할거에요.

This was great! It’s like having your own apartment with the commodities of an hotel. Reaching reception was a little difficult but other than that everything ran smoothly.

The room was amazing, great location, very clean and modern, only issue we had was the heating was always on high and very uncomfortable, I tried emailing the contact about it but they never replied, we did our best to try and turn the A/C down but it didn’t work!

Property was in an excellent location, right in the middle of Prague centre, everything was walkable. Room was spacious with a large bed. Bathroom was well equipped and very clean.The only issue we had was the heating, even when we turned it off it was still extremely hot making it difficult to sleep. Would have been good to know there was building work right outside which was noisy early in the morning, we had the window open so was very noisy.Overall would recommend if you are visiting Prague

Beautiful rooms, especially the bathroom! Excellent location right in the city centre next to the Wenceslas Square. Lovely building very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and incredibly spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure (even the rain shower option). The location also couldn't be beat - short walk to Old Town Square and 2 Chriskindlmarkts. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for three nights in a very large room in a beautiful, centrally located building with fantastic style. The elevator was wide and clean, and the room itself was very spacious with wooden floors. I really loved the style and everything worked perfectly. There were even USB outlets, which I have often missed in other hotels. The ceilings are very high, and despite being on one of the main streets, the double-glazed windows completely block out any noise. The hotel has an excellent level of cleanliness, my room was immaculate. The minibar worked, and there was even an espresso machine with capsules, an iron with ironing board, and a small safe. The staff provided excellent remote assistance whenever needed, which made the stay very smooth and enjoyable despite there being no reception. This is probably one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, so I would give it five stars without hesitation. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone.

We loved our stay at the Mottl House. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was very nice, and our room was clean and beautiful. The architectural details made our stay feel special. The metro is directly outside of the hotel and made for convenient travel anywhere. The only downside is that the walls are quite thin. I hope we can stay here again.

Great rooms, but this time they did not send me the checkin email. When I mailed them, no reply. I called them, they said "they have no access to hotels.com". Ridiculous, becasue I booked many times and it was always an immediate email. Bad customer service.
