"Front desk personnel was very helpful and kind."

"Large beautiful room. Staff fantastic. My only grips would be that the AC didn’t work properly in my room and I would say the carpet in my room’s building needed to be replaced. That being said I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"I wish instead of stairs they were ramps even with elevators it is still difficult to carry luggages on the stairs."

"The property was beautiful with the most convenient location right at the foot of the Charles Bridge. The staff was so helpful and assisted us with an early check in due to our early arrival in Prague. Would stay here again!"

"Excellent stay by the castle, such a nice atmosphere and beautiful design of the apartment. Staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was just perfect!"

"Property was good, but some things ( the floor and some tile in the bathroom) were worn. I had a small issue but the manager did the right thing so all good. Very convenient location, busy street but silent inside. Would stay again"

That said, we had a wonderful stay and would book again!"

Check-in e check-out molto veloci e reception aperta 24/7.
