The online listing doesn't do justice to the beauty and amazing location of this property. We ended up extending one night. Everything is a 10-15 min walk and there's lots of restaurants and cafeterías right in front.

Beware. All the photos of the rooms appear to be the one large apartment at the top of a lot of stairs. My room did have a nice view of the water but was cramped. I traveled alone and stayed four nights. I was given one pillow and one hand and one bath towel. There was no place to hang the towels to dry. No place to open suitcase except on the sofa. There was a small table and two chairs. I had to keep moving the table around to access kitchenette or window or bathroom. Portable rack for hanging coats and shirts. It either blocked kitchen or bathroom. Mattress was comfortable but after a very unprofessional check-in (I had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the check in form. I got a confusing explanation of my room and the code. A full 24 hours After I checked in I got the proper email with better instructions) Shower floor very slippery. No soap or shampoo. You are over a restaurant which fortunately is not open late but can get noisy. Place is right off the stairs of the Charles Bridge. Great location. But the room just felt hostile. The bedframe is solid wood larger than the mattress by about four inches all round. Easy to bruise your shins. And only one overhead light and one bedside light. Ok for me but this room —with a bed large enough for two— would have been very difficult for two people to navigate. Scuffed parquet floors I can forgive. The stains on the sofa and the sketchy area rug seemed a little less than inviting.

The room was very clean and had an amazing view. Its location is great, the check-in process is also made very easy as there is always someone on WhatsApp ready to help!

La habitación es completa, espaciosa y limpia, sin embargo, la recepción central no está en el mismo edificio por lo que la comunicación no fue efectiva al momento de llegar del aeropuerto por la noche, de igual forma al dejar las maletas en el check out, en la recepción central cobran 5 euros pero al hotel donde las dejas (cruzando la calle) cobran 1 euro por lo que es mucho la diferencia, recomiendo ir directamente al hotel. Hay que caminar unos metros para que el uber los recoja.

Great location for sight seeing near Charles Bridge. However above a restaurant and was very noisy at night. Check in could’ve been smoother as door code only given late and initially it didn’t work which was stressful. However staff online were very helpful. People at the restaurant couldn’t help at all as it’s not linked.

Demasiado complicado quedarse ahí

Totalmente incómodo para una familia de turistas, que evidentemente no tienen un coche para estarse desplazando por toda la ciudad. Inentendible que te pidan hacer check in en un lugar, dejar tus maletas en otro lugar, y hospedarte en donde solicitaste. Nunca nos había tocado una situación así. Lo único bueno fue que al decirles que ya no podíamos estarnos moviendo por toda la ciudad (y menos con equipaje!!) aceptaron enviarnos la información por whatsapp. Deberían hacerlo práctico desde el principio. En el hotel donde tuvimos que dejar nuestro equipaje antes y después del check in, nos cobraron €5 por maleta, algo que tampoco nunca nos había pasado!! Una muy mala comunicación por parte del personal, nunca me enviaron la información adecuada para todas las condiciones que ponen para el check-in. Tuvimos que insistir por teléfono para obtener respuesta. La habitación para 3 estuvo bien, cómoda la cama, limpia, buena ubicación y vista hermosa al río. Pero no vale la pena tanta complicación.

An incredible location. We loved it so much!!! We want to stay there again. Fantastic for a family wanting to explore Prague. Views were incredible. I'd rather keep this place a secret so no one else knows how great it is.

The property location is excellent. The reservation process is very complicated. They requested detailed information which we had to fill out before they confirmed. There is no personnel on site and the company’s office is in a different part of town. They made us download their useless app. We made a reservation for a studio apartment but we were not told which one we were getting until the last second. We found out it was the attic apartment on the 4th floor with more than 60 steps with no elevator. We had our 82 year old mother with us (they knew because they registered her passport). We called immediately and they said that they would let us know but never called back. We called again and they said there were no other rooms. Said the they would talk to someone else and let us know. But again never called back. Had to call Hotels.com which was useless. They could not offer any solutions. There was one window facing the light well and someone had set up a smoking station right next to it. So literally you had people sitting inches from your window smoking. So the window had to be closed with the curtains down all the time. No shampoo or shower gel provided. Bring your own. Based on the reviews and location and pictures we were very excited about the rental. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment.
