"No soap, no nothing. Marina and Aqualodge smelled soooo bad like sewage. We could not stay in there. Moved to a house. Beds were really lumpy. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Deer are adorable."

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"

"It was wonderful! I would have appreciated an included breakfast, but it was fantastic overall. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was expedient. The free shuttle to and from downtown runs every hour and was very reliable. "

"Firstly it was very close to the airport, secondly we loved our room, it was spacious, clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable with many pillow choices. We especially liked the back balcony The pool was wonderful, clean clear water, nice loungers and umbrellas, and the bar was perfect!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection. The property was clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing resort-style atmosphere, especially around the pool area. The shuttle service to Old Town made exploring incredibly easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a great Key West experience without the chaos of staying directly on Duval...

"They advertise beachside which is completely false! The size of the beach is smaller than my backyard patio! I will never stay here again, staff was not helpful and made it clear to me that this is vacation homes and you get leftover from owners that are not using the units when I asked foe a higher floor. I checked out a day early, my Mother’s day trip was ruined, my mom was looking forward to an Ocean view as they advertised! I was treated like a second class citizen to say the least...

"My stay at Aqua Lodges at Hurricane Hole Marina was not terrible, but it definitely was not what I expected. The location has potential and the area is nice, however, on the day we were leaving I noticed bed bugs in the room. After discovering them, I immediately contacted the host. They told me that their inspection did not show any evidence of bed bugs, but I sent them photos as proof and I am still waiting for a response or proper resolution.
