"It was a very clean room with a nice walk in shower. We liked the extra lounge chair to sit or lay in and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had big bottles of Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash which was very useful and better than those little bottles you usually find in hotels. The only comment we have that we weren’t prepared for was the fact that we had to pay extra for parking there overnight. The cost was an extra $20 over the cost of the room which we thought was a bit much but...

"After a long day of flight delays we get to the hotel around 10pm and they told us they had given away our room for that night so we had to go to another hotel for that night. The manager on site was not helpful or understanding of the inconvenience this was and how it added to vacation time lost due to have to keep packing up our bags to move to a different room. "The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. Guests have to walk into the hallway to use the microwave, and the refrigerator in the rooms does not get cold. I was a guest twice at this hotel within the last year, so it's safe to say that this issue with the refrigerators is a problem with them all."
