"It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there).
For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating."

"Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special.
A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. Your kindness and hospitality really made all the difference.
We’re especially grateful for letting us stay up until 4:45am to watch the England...

"We booked about a year in advance as we wanted to be in the area for our son’s wedding the next day. We paid top price but didn’t get a top hotel! Our bath panel had been severely damaged by water and whilst the aircon cooling worked well it was like having a tractor in the room! Service in the restaurant was good however our main courses were really poor. We had a tough as old boots sirloin steak and I had the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had in a restaurant. "Stayed here for two nights. Friendly staff on arrival - dispensing ice lollies on a very hot afternoon. Room ok but very hot - only two of the windows opened and even then not very far. Fan simply stirred hot air around. Plenty of water provided and tea-making replenished on request. Decent biscuits too. Big disadvantage is that the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals is in separate building 100 yards away up a hill. Need umbrella if it is raining. Had one dinner in there - food...
